Session 2

I think I was in a deeper 'hypno' state this time. or maybe I was just about to fall asleep. Hmm....

I didn't come away feeling like I did last week. Which was almost elated, because of what I saw and heard in the corner of the room last week. In way, not seeing it this week only senghtens what I believe I saw and heard. At any rate it can not be duplicated at will.

What I did see...

Ki was talking me through a 'plateau' and on the otherside of the plateau I was standing on the top of a montain, looking back on all I had done to get to the top. When I looked forward, a pair of hands and a lot od white fabric engulfed my face and I swear I heard, 'you are my child' It was all very peaceful and exhilerating, but again, not on the level of last week.

Last week I had prayed quite a bit leading up to the 1st session. This week not so much. I will get back in to the morning and evening prayers as it calms me down as well.

In terms of weight loss, i am down 7.4 according to WW, a little more on my scale. This is where I tend to plateau so I will have to watch myself this weekend in San Antonio. Lord Help me!
