But in the mean time I have signed up for a marathon. So the exercise is at least getting on track. As for food.... I am going to set one goal a week and just go from there with my goal being one pound a week... This week, I will focus on not eating after 7:00. Next week I'll start back on WW and work with living with points. I am 187, terrible, but not a huge surprise. Time to get back at it and realize it's just going to be a long road...
